Voice User Interfaces (VUI)
Shopping Assistant In Warehouse Environments
Dash is a shopping assistant for a warehouse shopping environment by using Voice User Interfaces (VUI). Its purpose is to serve as a first response system to assist shoppers with basic queries, call a representative when asked or when Dash deems it necessary, alleviate the stress experienced when navigating an unfamiliar place, and help with the efficiency of the customer's experience. Dash also provides recommendations and suggestions, without the user having to wait or find a service representative.
The information architecture shows that user is only presented with two options and can ask questions at any time.
